The owners George and Haroula Platanakis take great pleasure in informing you that they have built a small family tourist complex in Kato Zakros. The complex is located at the top of a hill offering a panoramic view onto the plain, the Minoan Palace, the village and the beautiful beach of Kato Zakros. Our hillside location means that there is always a cooling breeze. There is the following choice of accomodation:
All the rooms are singlespaced and have an area of 24 square meters, which entertain two persons. They all have internal toilets, shower, two single beds, A/C, SAT TV / RADIO, a small refrigerator and two big verandas with panoramic view to the sea, as well as to the whole region. There is a constant contribution of warm water (sommer - winter).

All the studios are singlespaced and have an area of 26 square meters and entertain two - three persons. Three studios have one double bed and one studio has two single beds. All the studios have internal toilets, shower, and one armchair which becomes, if you like, a bed for a third person. Also they all have a small seating place, an oven for preparing food and a kitchen table. The studios also contains full kitchen tools, waterboiler, toaster, coffeemaker and also a small refrigerator.

Each room and studio has its own parking area in our big and safe parking. Our customers have free access to internet. Also we have public washing machine as well as iron. Every three days we change the sheets, towels and we do general cleaning. Our apartments are the first that you can see when arriving in Kato Zakros, in a distance approximately 400 meters from the sea. They are found in a private land of seven quarter of an acre, full of trees, vineyard and lot's, lot's of flowers!!! |
